Our client is a reputable organization with multiple portfolios and a sizable Headquarter in Hong Kong with upcoming office relcoation project; currently looking for a new headcount, Senior Facilities Officer to join their team to bring in expertise in new office project formulation including procurement and tendering, on-site project management and facilities planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Office facilities management advice and support across new project/maintenance work and planning
  • Work closely in supporting the daily office management and facilities coordinator function
  • Engage in new project/renovation/maintenance coordination work

Requirements:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate Mgt, Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in office facilities management and coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills and vendor management experience
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese, Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
