Our client is a reputable organization with multiple portfolios and a sizable Headquarter in Hong Kong with upcoming office relcoation project; currently looking for a new headcount, Senior Facilities Officer to join their team to bring in expertise in new office project formulation including procurement and tendering, on-site project management and facilities planning.


  • Office facilities management advice and support across new project/maintenance work and planning
  • Closely engage and monitor vendor and contractors service standard
  • Engage in new project analysis, research and planning stages with long term optimization planning
  • Prepare and in-charge of office goods/project procurement and tendering process including pricing analysis, tendering and selecting process to ensure the compliance of internal guidelines


  • Degree in Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines
  • at least 5 years of experience in office facilities management with proven exposure in managing office renovation/maintenance projects and procurement process
  • Strong interpersonal skills and vendor management experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
