Senior Counsel - Technology Lawyer

Our fast growing tech client is looking for a senior technology lawyer with strong IT experience and be part of their dynamic team and work in a Regional capacity.

This dynamic role is to provide legal and regulatory advice to the APAC region of the business. It will involve drafting, reviewing an negotiating a wide range of agreements including NDAs, tenders, software license/reseller agreements, sale and purchase agreements, purchase agreements.

Being able to work with government authorities on tenders and projects are also essential to the role.

Chinese language skills (reading and writing) are essential to the role.
