Our client is a family owned private investment company and has made a variety of investments around the world. The group continues to seek superior, risk-adjusted returns in alternative strategy investments, private equity funds, special situations and direct investments.

Desired Skills and Experience

The role will involve:

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for intragroup private companies incorporated in various jurisdictions, including but not limited to HK, BVI, Cayman Islands, UK, Bahamas and the US
  • Draft and prepare all company secretarial documentations including meeting minutes, board resolutions, agreements and any other correspondence and documents
  • Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
  • Update and prepare the Group's structure charts quarterly
  • Organize various type of board and internal meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory filing including HK's TCSP license and economic substance in BVI, Cayman and Bahamas
  • Handle AML/KYC requests
  • Handle economic substance filings for BVI, Cayman and Bahamas
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Associate membership at HKCGI/CGI with at least 15 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.
  • Mature, ability to work independently and accurately, highly organised and able to manage own workload to meet short deadlines
  • Experience and knowledge in trusts is an advantage
  • Legal qualification or experience is an advantage
  • Good IT skills including proficient use of MS Office ,e.g. in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Candidate will have access to confidential and sensitive documents, maintaining confidentiality is of utmost importance.
