Our client is a global leading fast moving good company, they are now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the team. The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development of the assigned category, consistently build brand image and grow its value and market share by achieving the annual target.


Duties
:

  • Manage and develop brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for assigned category
  • Lead market research to understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify right brand positioning in market
  • Develop strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch
  • Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
  • Conduct market research and data analysis, draw insights and propose business actions
  • Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets


Key Requirement
:

  • Minimum 8 brand management experience in FMCG, preferably from food & beverage industry
  • Business planning from strategy development to execution, to drive the top and bottom line growth for assigned brands
  • Follow through experience in new product development process from idea to launch
  • Capability to lead agencies to develop and execute effective advertising and media plan, which has to in line with the overall brand proposition
  • Competence in analyzing consumer research and market data, conlude respective business action
  • Refined communication with both cross-functional parties & external agencies
  • Excellent command of English & Chinese
