(Senior)Application Specialist - ERP

Our client is a leading global FMCG group. They are currently looking for an application specialist to join their team to maintain the daily operation of their EPR applications

Job Description

• Perform daily operations and support of Microsoft D365;Troubleshoot on the technical issue
• Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents
• Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and develop the applicationsWork closely with helpdesk and development team to ensure project tasks are delivered on time

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1 years working experience in ERP system support
• Working experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
