Security Supervisor - Luxury Residential (30k x 13m)

Our client is a prestigious property management company with a good number of luxury residential and Commercial building in Hong Kong, currently looking for an expereinced "Security Supervisor" for their new in-house security team.

Responsibilities:

• Take lead of the initiation and implementation of security process, policies, protocols and including program deliverables and strategic alignment for the specific event or stores;
• Analyze and put in place the appropriate security system including access controls, building services alarm system, surveillance/CCTV systems;
• Managing external security partner for full spectrum of portfolio related security issues including the setup of a new in-house team of security specialist
• Supervise Security operators and Security System Support staff;
• Manage training, consultations and disseminate security information whilst coordinating with internal and external parties such as law enforcements

Requirements:

• Dipolma in related disciplines I.e. Security
• At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in Luxury Residential/Hospitality/Retail/Grade A Commercial portfolio
• Proven hands-on experience and exposure in Regulatory Security Compliance, Risk Assessment, Loss Prevention, Crisis and emergency management
• Confident individual with strong command in English, Cantonese
• Strong analytical, implementation and communication skills
