This company has been growing and expanding rapidly in Asia, the energetic & multicultural management team is going to have their focus in HK next year.
Report into the Managing Director, the company is now recruiting this Head of Sales position to recruit, train, and grow their Sales team here in HK.
- Oversees and manages the Roadshow sales team on a day to day basis to ensure the targets are achieved
- Planning and management on face to face selling campaigns
- Conduct regular field visits to identify areas for development
- Create action plans with clear objectives & deliverables, ensure the effectiveness of the field sales team
- Directs staffing, including recruitment and training, as well as performance evaluations of sales programs
- Liaise with venue providers eg shopping malls, MTR stations, public space
- Ensures effective P&L management and business operations
- At least 8 years of experience in field sales management from B2C sectors eg credit card, hotel/gym membership, telecom, charity fund-raising
- Proven sales track record
- Strong leadership ability, able to train, mentor and coach multiple teams
- Entrepreneur, highly motivated, hands-on, energetic
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
