Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities, while enhancing relationships with existing clients
- Develop solutions based on client needs that effectively articulate and differentiate products value proposition
- Perform needs analysis with client, utilizing a consultative approach, and recommend solutions that are suitable for the client
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns. Research and resolve complex customer service issues
- Develop and maximize growth opportunities through creative business proposals, concepts and relationship management with clients
- Generate and quality new leads and be resourceful in using multiple approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree holder
- A minimum of 5 years' of Sales and/or Business Development experience
- Highly driven, dedicated, creative, pragmatic, result-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated
