Sales Manager - Aesthetics

Our client, a beauty brand who is looking for a Sales Manager for a specific region

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implements strategic sales plans across the region
• Handles direct channels and distributros
• Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers
• Gain understanding of customer base, competition, pricing and other market variables to drive the business performance
• Direct sales forecasting activities ,set performance goals and achieve sales plan

Qualifications:

• Degree holder plus fluent English and Chinese
• At least 10 year working experience in beauty/aesthetics industry
• Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
