Sales Director (trims & accessories)

Our client is an EU based trims manufacturer with global operations in 100+ countries. We are looking for a Sales Director to drive sales regionally (mainly across Asia Pacific). Reporting to C-level management.

Job Duties:

Responsible for regional sales market
Formulate regional strategy (both long and medium terms) with senior management to drive profitable growth
Ensure successful execution of regional sales strategy
Source and enlarge new potential customer portfolio and strengthen current client base with regional teams
Develop Technical teams to support the sales growth
Educate and lead sales team to deliver results
Control cost to maximize profit margin

Requirements:

Degree holder preferred - in Business Administrations / Economics related disciplines
Minimum 10 years Sales and Marketing experience in textile industry with proven track record
Frequent travel if situation allows
Strong opinions but a pro-active and good listener to clients
Team oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, international mindset, passionate and inspiring
Aggressive, self-driven with strategic mind to explore new opportunities, broaden customer portfolio and generate sales
Able to work independently under pressure.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
