Our client, a leading financial institution is currently seeking talent to join their PWM team. You will be accountable for identifying and managing client relationships within the High-Net-Worth market. As the brand ambassador, you will own new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. This role is also responsible for deepening and strengthening existing relationships by continuing to present innovative solution across the balance sheet to help clients achieve their financial goals. The client is also open to exceptional candidates from Retail Banking who want to transition into Private Banking.


  • Act as ongoing Relationship Manager for new and existing High-Net-Worth clients
  • Grow revenue, increase Asset Under Management of portfolio and incase inflows of Net New Money, achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and network
  • Follow up on portfolio on a regular basis and develop client's profitability
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and proactively advising for a High-Net-Worth Private Banking portfolio of clients
  • Develop, generate and follow-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals
  • Identify and own the client onboarding process
  • Understand and adhere to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
  • Engage specialists and partners to address client's needs
  • Understand client/family goals and objectives, delivering appropriate solutions
  • Create, organize, and implement a wealth management strategy designed to deepen relationships with existing clients


  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines; with a minimum of 3+ years of client facing experience in the Financial Services or Retail Banking industry
  • Sound understanding of investment products and strategy for HNW clients
  • Measurable track record of successfully selling to HNW clients
  • Interactive skills in order to understand client needs and take action with the appropriate solutions
  • Strong client relationship management and sales skills
  • Impeccable interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial industry and current market conditions
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
