A well-respected, highly prestigious Family Office is seeking a top calibre, highly proactive and experienced Relationship Manager to join their team. You will be accountable for identifying and managing client relationships within the High-Net-Worth market. You will own new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. This role is also responsible for deepening and strengthening existing relationships by continuing to present innovative solution across the balance sheet to help clients achieve their financial goals.


  • Act as ongoing Relationship Manager for new and existing High-Net-Worth clients
  • Grow revenue, increase Asset Under Management of portfolio and incase inflows of Net New Money, achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and network
  • Follow up on portfolio on a regular basis and develop client's profitability
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and proactively advising for a High-Net-Worth portfolio of clients
  • Develop, generate and follow-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals
  • Identify and own the client onboarding process
  • Engage specialists and partners to address client's needs
  • Understand client/family goals and objectives, delivering appropriate solutions
  • Create, organize, and implement a wealth management strategy designed to deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve agreed key performance indicators objectives through the development of existing and new HNW clients relationships; deliver AUM and revenue growth targets


  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines; with a minimum of 5+ years of experience servicing HNW clients (Open to Premier/Priority/Retail Banking RMs)
  • Sound understanding of investment products and strategy for HNW clients
  • Measurable track record of successfully selling to HNW clients
  • Interactive skills in order to understand client needs and take action with the appropriate solutions
  • Strong client relationship management and sales skills
  • Impeccable interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial industry and current market conditions
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the local regulatory requirements of the investment advisory business and apply this knowledge appropriately
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
