Our client is a global sports brand and they are now hiring for a regional marketing manager to join the team.


The regional marketing manager is responsible for translating the seasonal brand marketing plans at a regional level that supports markets at varying maturity stages. This requires a strong understanding of the global and local brand strategies, wholesale, and online digital trends. This person will also understand the cultural differences by market, in order to deliver clear feedback to the global teams; relevant and impactful assets; content; and clear informative insight to the markets, and be in tune with both end customer and distribution partners.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the process of regionalizing the global marketing strategy to ensure the region achieves the commercial and brand development objectives across all channels

  • Identify the regional marketing needs and present these to the Global team. Where necessary manage the creation of local marketing tools with the distributor teams

  • Review marketing budget allocations by market by channel; providing monthly, quarterly and annual reviews

  • Create, plan, and deliver on the regional critical path and marketing calendars

  • Manage the Social Marketing Calendars and Digital Media plans to deliver on the social plans across all platforms in line with the seasonal marketing objectives that have been set

  • Implement strategic moves to raise brand awareness and performance across all business channels and distributor markets

  • Work with DTC channel and local markets to identify opportunities of growth across all consumer segments, product categories
  • Work directly with local markets and merchandising in planning, executing, sharing of best practices and identifying the successful initiatives across all touch points

  • Ensuring an omni-channel approach by managing the communication of plans across market and business channel

  • Collate all marketing related information from brand, ROI and partner reports and communicate relevant information to senior management


  • Bachelor degree holder with 8 years plus in a brand marketing department (including regional and pan APAC) within the Retail industry
  • Experience from a Sports brand will be a big PLUS
  • Native level of English is highly preferred
