Regional Senior Manager-Office Admin & Facilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of renovation & relocations projects across the APAC offices
- Work close with project managers and service providers on budget, timeline and project progress
- Monitor and align the corporation guidelines and keep track of lease cotnracts of each locations
- Assist in ad hoc projects
- Degree holder with minimum 12 years of relevant experience in regional projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills with all levels of staff
- Proficient language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingess to travel, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
