Our client, a key player in the Medical Devices industry, is searching for a goal-driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join their Hong Kong office. Your primary responsibilities include accurately forecasting your business, owning customer relationships, understanding and targeting customer product needs, and developing and executing the sales strategy around those opportunities.


  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a Sales team within a specified region/district to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop and/or implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a Sales team in order to implement the organizations' overall sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs
  • Manage and review distributors' performance across the region
  • Assess need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies
  • Identify opportunities and develop new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business
  • A minimum of 7 years' of sales experience within the Medical Devices industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
  • Successful experience motivating and driving business through distribution channel partners
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional client interaction skills
