A leading global company specialized in HR Solutions is looking for an Account Director to join their team in Hong Kong. With their presence in over 20 locations, the international team have been servicing sizable enterprise MNC focusing in Financial Services sector.
To support the business expansion, the team is now hiring for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the Business. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible to manage the assigned accounts on all aspects of strategy, upselling and cross selling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Derive the account development strategy and plan in APAC region based on the company direction
- Identify and negotiate successful partnerships with corporates
- Enhance customer loyalty, as well as implementing various offers to sustain portfolio growth
- Perform analysis on market opportunities and trends
- Work together with sales team in local markets and global level to ensure business plan is executed in an effective manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience in information services related business, with at least 2 years in a regional market coverage
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
