Our client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer electronics products (innovative technology including audio and wireless products), headquartered in HK. The brand has partnered with professional musicians and athletes around the world.
This role will report to the CEO; lead the sales activities for the region while managing both direct and distributor sales functions. Must speak fluent English (native level).
- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Develop and communicate Brand Market volume and profit objectives for the key markets
- Develop and set up appropriate key performance objectives with distributor / agent in market on Brand Market.
- Utilizes price structure system to accurately establish and measure financial contribution with distributor / agent, increase efficiency with pricing and identify financial opportunities.
- Build and maintain great relationship and secure execution in key on and off premise national accounts based in sales territory as measured by sales drivers and key performance indicators.
- Analyze market trends and provide solid solutions
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 years sales experience in electronic products industry
- MUST have strong communications skills (NATIVE English level)
- Solid experience in handling brand building/marketing
- Sales experience in America or Australia will be an advantage
- Demonstrates high level of business acumen; aggressive and determined to meet sales & other business targets
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience to manage distributors in Asia
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Willingness to travel (up to 40~50%)
