Our client is a global sports / lifestyle footwear brand with ambitious expansion plan in the Asia Pacific. They are now recruiting a Marketing Manager to deliver regional marketing strategies and provide direction on distributor marketing plans in line with global brand strategies across the APAC markets.

Report to a Senior Director, this incumbent is expected to:

  • Ensure commercial and brand development objectives are achieved across all channels in the region by identify regional needs, provide feedbacks on local marketing initiatives, prepare APAC marketing budget on a monthly basis and manage the marketing calendars
  • Work with DTC channel and local markets to Identify potential business growth opportunities and implement strategic plans to raise brand awareness and performance
  • Work closely with PR and Media partners and creative agencies to manage the communication plans across market and business channel in the region
  • Work with distributors of emerging markets to deliver successful Go-To-Market plans
  • Analysis and report to the senior management and manage the APAC marketing budget about the regional marketing investment by collecting information from brand, ROI and related partner report
  • Presenting the consolidated Brand and Marketing ROI reports and forecast spend for the region to senior management
  • Monitor and provide support to all franchise store opening and work with emerging markets to deliver GTM plans
  • Create and manage distribution marketing includes but not limited to PR, Social Media, Trade & Field Marketing, Online Marketing and Consumer Insights across APAC

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand and digital marketing for sport or footwear brands with exposure in regional and pan APAC
  • Intelligent, articulate, innovative with a holistic perspective, strong business acumen and excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Result driven, hands on, resourceful team player with ability to deal with ambiguity in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to multi-task under a fast-paced environment with entrepreneurial and non-hierarchical culture
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, additional Asian language is preferable
  • Business travel as required
