Our client is a global consumer goods company. They are now hiring a digital marketing director across the Asia Pacific markets. Objective for this director is to define and lead digtial turnaround strategies for the brand portfolioas well as the bridget between HQ and local affiliates:

Job Duties

  • Optimize current digital marketing strategies ensure impact and effectiveness across all levels of the digital marketing funnel. Provide leadership and communications on digital integration process.

  • Build, plan and implement overall digital marketing & media strategies across ASIA

  • Ensure optimal management of Media, eCommerce & Digital partner assets relative to campaign objectives

  • Track and confidently translate digital perfomrance metrics that drive brand health and financial targets

  • Oversee the digital ecosystem inclusive of all digital marketing channels (inclusive of eCommerce), work closely with local affiliates to maximise efficieny which lead to the highest ROI

  • Integrate with analytic tools that are able to measure online behaviours
Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minumum 15 years working experience

  • 8 + years of experience in digital marketing, audience develoment or digital analytics

  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends and competitive positioning in the Consumer Goods digital media space

  • Demonstrates ability to effectively build partnership and influence stakeholder and decision making at all levels of a matrix organization
