- Provide 1st to 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
- Administrate and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, Windows 7 / Windows 10
- Supporting Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions.
- Using remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.
- Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems or Computer Science
- 5 years or above experiences on desktop and/or infrastructure support within financial services
- Proven experiences on VMWare/ Citrix
- Basic Networking skills (LAN/ WAN)
- Knowledge of trading applications from Reuters, Bloomberg, Murex, etc.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
