Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st to 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
  • Administrate and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • Supporting Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions.
  • Using remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 5 years or above experiences on desktop and/or infrastructure support within financial services
  • Proven experiences on VMWare/ Citrix
  • Basic Networking skills (LAN/ WAN)
  • Knowledge of trading applications from Reuters, Bloomberg, Murex, etc.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
