Our client is a well-reputed, global retail group. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a C&B Manager to oversee their C&B function.

Job duties:

  • Lead a C&B team to provide full spectrum of C&B related services include but not limited to staff cost budgeting, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, total rewards development, job grading, and HRIS implementation etc.
  • In charge of the company's payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
  • Review and suggest improvements on the company's HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support ongoing business growth
  • Provide C&B related analyis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing etc.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 7 years of C&B operations experience, ideally with experience in a team leading/ supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
  • HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
