Regional Accounting & Administration Manager

Our client is one of the industry leaders in Europe. We assist them in looking for an experienced and detail-minded individual to oversee all accounting and administration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operation in Hong Kong and APAC regions
  • Lead and supervise a team to prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting, performance analyses, budget/forecast and long-term financial projection of the businesses
  • Monitor the liquidity, prepare yearly cash flow forecast
  • Review current workflow & propose action plans, support the Group to formulate/improve finance and internal control policies and procedures to promote operating efficiencies
  • Coordinate and own the internal control processes
  • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures
  • As an advisor of Managing Director regarding tax, treasury, accounting, and other areas related to accounting and administration
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties in relation to all office administration
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or Finance with CPA qualification
  • At least 12 years of working experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in managerial position
  • Candidates from Retail/Trading/FMCG/Sourcing/ companies would be a bonus
  • High degree of self-knowledge, responsible and reliable
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent at teamwork
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
