Receptionist (Office Admin focus)
- Handle the reception related tasks such as greeting guest, answering incoming calls, handling courier and arranging meeting rooms etc.
- Support the admin work like office supplies, facilities maintenance, expenses claims and event management etc.
- Assist in any ad hoc duties when needed
- Tertiary education with around 5 years of relevant admin & recep experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Professional telephone manner, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
- Fast paced, flexible, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated
