Receptionist (Office Admin focus)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the reception related tasks such as greeting guest, answering incoming calls, handling courier and arranging meeting rooms etc.
  • Support the admin work like office supplies, facilities maintenance, expenses claims and event management etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties when needed

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with around 5 years of relevant admin & recep experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Professional telephone manner, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
  • Fast paced, flexible, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated
