R&D Manager

ConnectedGroup is partnering with well-known multinational Food & Beverage business in searching for a R&D Manager.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing all aspects of work related to R&D and Product Development, including overseeing production trials, shelf-life testing, costs estimation, etc.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including especially Quality, Production, Purchasing, etc.
• Managing a small team and taking a lead role in ensuring the team is updated on the latest food regulatory requirements and standards

My client is looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:

• Degree in Food Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant R&D / Product Development experience with Food or Beverages products
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Well-versed in ISO9001, 22000, HACCP and GMP
• Ideally some knowledge of / experience in food regulatory standards in overseas countries
