Our client is a very well-known fast-food chain, in searching for an R&D Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for food production, operation process design, cost control, and quality control
* Understand market trends and regularly develop new products to meet the market needs
* Experienced in the production and R&D of Western and Asian cuisine
* Striving to delight customers with high-quality cuisines
* Ensure the efficiency of department management

Requirements:

* 9+ years' experience in kitchen/catering/ food production management
* Creative, passionate about developing new dishes and service-oriented
* Preferably experienced in food safety management and process system management
* Good understanding of Asian and Western food development
* Fair command of both spoken and written English
