My client is a European quality management company. They are looking for a Quality Manager to look after both Softline and hardline laboratories. This role will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
• Responsible for all Hardline and Softline laboratories in the entire global network
• Ensure global Alignment of the Quality Policy in all laboratories
• Manages the internal audit program
• Coordinates laboratory accreditation activities
• Handles the maintenance and distribution of the Quality Manual and associated documents
• Maintains a master list of current versions of quality documentation
• Trains personnel on Management System activities
• Monitors the Management System
• Reports on the performance of the Management System to Top management for review and as a basis for improvement of the Management System
• Supervises the laboratory's inter-laboratory proficiency testing program
• Implements, maintains and improves laboratory and/or quality activities on a continuous basis
• In charge of compliance and integrity policies

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Certificate in science and quality management
• Minimum of 3 -5 years in Quality Management in testing laboratory
• Language Skills: English, Cantonese & Mandarin
