Project Director - Authorized Person (Architect)

Our client is a local developer with ongoing investment projects and HQ in HK; currently looking for an Authorized Person (Architect) and experienced Project Director to lead some of it's project pipeline spanning across different asset class in HK and across APAC region with potential overseas investment in the long run.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Project plans and lead across mulitple project function to ensure timely delivery
• Handle and manage full-cycle of project management including but not limited to design, technical engineering, licensing and acting as direct contact for the client/
• Ensure clear communication of the Client's brand vision through all projects
• Manage on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner

Requirements:

• University or Masters' degree in Architecture with HKIA/Authorized Person Professional identification
• Over 8-10 years' experience in project management and exposure across Residential/Hospitality
• Hands-on exposure in full-cycle of luxury residential/Hospitality project management and techincal studies
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, innovative with driven mindset
