Our Client is a Global top 10 retailer, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls
  • Draft, submit, and maintain relevant documentation
  • Log and process internal administrative tasks such as bills or expenses
  • Manage administrative items to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Collect action items and takes meeting minutes
  • Manage team calendars
  • Organize travel arrangements

Other requirements include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prepare written materials to meet purpose and audience
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
  • Give attention to detail and follow instructions
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, assignments, and other interruptions, which may affect pre-established timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance
  • 1-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
