One of the global loyalty solutions company providing solutions for sizable retailers, offices located throughout US, Europe and APAC region.

Report to the Managing Director, this person will be managing their HK portfolio of business for their selected clients to achieve the business objectives.


  • Key account management, provide strategic direction to internal teams on marketing plans and overall project management
  • Develop, establish and executive product marketing strategies and activities
  • Partner with Product, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to ensure a high standard and effectiveness of product development
  • Launch CRM program based on the business direction from client, market situation as well as insights from different segments of audience
  • Build trust and long-term relationship with clients
  • Oversee & manage on-going CRM operations, procedures and all CRM related system issues
  • Manage and prepare sales & marketing materials and collaterals
  • Partner with brand owners and licensors on program execution


  • Minimum 12 years of work experience, including at least 6 years in loyalty marketing business
  • Account servicing background, candidates with agency experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in retail product marketing
  • Ability to multi-task, manage and liaise with external and internal parties
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines
