Our client is a leading property developer. They are looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfil the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide attentive service to the top management executive
  • Arrange trips and personal appointments; plan and schedule for travel itineraries
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential document in a professional manner
  • Accompany top management executive attending business and social functions and events (both local and overseas), as well as provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, with major in Business Administration, Hospitality / Hotel and Tourism Management or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience as a personal / business assistant to senior executives
  • Possess valid driving license for private car in Hong Kong a must; familiar with Hong Kong road routes (Please state the types of driving license that you are holding and your years of driving experience in your application).
  • High ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, problem solving, manage work volume and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work
  • Responsible, with common sense acumen and excellent sense of confidentiality
  • Mature, presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese; Native or high fluency in Putonghua
  • Willing to work flexi and irregular hours; occasional shift duties are required
  • Immediate available an advantage
