Operations Director

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing fashion & apparel quality management companies in the world as the Operations Director. The company has been going through double-digit growth for a number of years and are now looking to add an energetic, passionate and dynamic candidate like you to join their well-established HQ in Hong Kong.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for:-

• Oversee the company's daily operations;
• Oversee the company's compliance with all statutory duties imposed on it under the relevant legislation, rules and regulations;
• Ensure all operations and processes are running smoothly and improve them when needed
• Oversee the liaison with all regulatory authorities and organisations on all matters relating to the company;
• Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives;
• Contribute to the development of the Company's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organisation;

Requirements

• Degree holder in business management or related discipline
• At least 12 years of work experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in operations
• Excellent knowledge in the fashion and apparel industry, whether it's in sourcing, trading or manufacturing in operation management roles
• Result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment
• Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills
• Mature team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
