Our Client is one of the global top ten charity donors engaging in sports wagering and entertainment services.
You will be joining its customer engagement team focusing on Customer Experience and Engagement Event.
- Assist on execution and implementation of engagement events
- Conduct event tracking analysis and reporting
- Manage communication channels and related materials
- Maintain, review and update CRM
- Provide general administrative and clerical supports
- Degree holder in Marketing, Hospitality, Events, or any related disciplines
- 3 years or above experience in client servicing, CS administration, or marketing communications
- Strong in administration supports and proficient in MS Office
- Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese; Mandarin will be a plus
- Shift duty on weekends or holidays (for event day)
