Office Manager(9 months' office set up project)
- Working with the project manager in Shenzhen, the successful candidate will set up the Shenzhen office from scratch
- Manage the whole project including budget control, vendors/contractors management and office relocation etc.
- Assist in any ad hoc duties when needed
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Relevant working experience (with office set up exposure in China is a big plus)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Independent, efficient, proactive, self-motivated and mature
- Immediately available is preferred
