Office Administrator/Admin Assistant (3-months contract)
- Responsible for all rounded office administration work such as office supplies purchasing, equipment maintenance, courier service and vendor management etc.
- Assist in filing business correspondence and handling invoices
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary
- Around 3 - 5 years of related experience gained from small and face paced companies
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
- Independent, proactive, flexible and a good team player
