Office Administrator/Admin Assistant (3-months contract)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all rounded office administration work such as office supplies purchasing, equipment maintenance, courier service and vendor management etc.
  • Assist in filing business correspondence and handling invoices
  • Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Around 3 - 5 years of related experience gained from small and face paced companies
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Independent, proactive, flexible and a good team player
