Our client, a premium FMCG food and beverage manufacturer, is looking for a high caliber Marketing Manager to develop brand identity as well as formulate and executive marketing plan and promotion for the newly created Burger chain.

This incumbent is expected to:

  • Develop marketing strategies to build and promote the brand identity and in line with business and marketing objectives
  • Work closely with external vendor to ensure all marketing projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
  • Lead and manage the production and execution of marketing and communications plans through ATL/BTL campaigns, including and not limited to digital campaign, Outdoor, Print and other platforms as relevant
  • Develop marketing content and consolidate marketing calendar and oversee the control of the budget and report for regular reviews
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Successful candidate should possess:

  • University graduate with major in Business and Marketing
  • At least eight years relevant experience of which at least five years' experience in fast food chain is highly preferred
  • Track record in digital and F&B marketing and budget management skills
  • Persuasive advocate with capacity to build consensus, drive action, and produce favorable results
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, creative, energetic with entrepreneurial and can-do mindset
  • Comfortable with adjusting business direction and targets according to market and consumer needs
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
