My client is one of the biggest fin-tech event agency in Asia and is still expanding within the market. They are headquartered in Hong Kong and executed over 60 large-scale global conferences, exhibitions and business programmes. They are now looking for a high calibre to join their dynamic marketing team in Hong Kong to develop and implement the comprehensive and creative B2B marketing strategies to maximise the engagement with their clients in Asia and globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • To prepare and develop business oriented marketing activities including - emails, website updates, social media content creation, partnerships, brochures and additional collateral;
  • To develop and implement internal and external communications plans;
  • To manage social media channels and create content for eDMs
  • To proof read and copy-edit content for several teams across the business, including partnerships and speakers teams;
  • To work closely with designers and translators as well as internal teams to create written, graphic, and video content;

Key requirements:

  • Degree holder in Journalism, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years solid marketing/ PR/ Communications experience, preferably in B2B setting;
  • Strong marketing sense, business acumen and excellent communication skills;
  • Creative mindset also with strong copywriting skills;
  • Experience in digital marketing (Social media, SEO, SEM, etc) is a plus;
  • Strong understanding in global marketing trend, knowledge in China Marketing is a big advantage;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and web content management;
  • High proficiency in both English and Chinese
