Our client is a HK headquartered International Group that is a leader in the risk management solutions field (Testing, Inspection and Certification Services) field. This is a key position in the corporate team with a global scope, reporting directly into the Group CEO to design and lead all group marketing and communication initiatives.

This role will be responsible for the following,

  • Look after group marketing and communication initiatives with global coverage
  • Manage the brand P&L from budget management, digital marketing (website maintenance, social media) to marketing program execution and overall marketing communications
  • Lead and implement overall marketing strategy and business development of brand to ensure long term growth and sustainable customer value
  • Analyse competitive landscape including pricing, product positioning, communications, etc. to support go-to-market approach and support new product development

Successful calibre shall possess,

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years of solid working experience (Marketing degree preferred), of which at least 5 years of corporate branding and digital marketing experience within B2B industries is mandatory
  • Over 3 years' consumer marketing experience within sizable global FMCG companies is ideal
  • Must have strong understanding and experience in Asia and Hong Kong
  • Experienced in conducting market studies and analytics; family with dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders including marketing agencies and press
  • Excellent dedication to work with can-do attitude; strategic yet hands-on
  • Highly agile, able to perform under stress and enjoy working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment with limited resources
  • Excellent communication (listening and verbal), presentation, interpersonal and influential skills
  • Creative, self-driven, result-driven and highly communicative with strong business acumen, leadership, problem solving, excellent multi-stakeholders, multi-priorities management skills
  • Natively fluent in English, fluency in French and Chinese is preferable
