We are seeking for candidates with solid experience in Administrative & Marketing support to top management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team management, e.g. business meetings & activities coordination, presentation materials, expenses claim
  • Provide marketing and operational support to marketing/CRM team
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administrative or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative support/marketing/PR, preferably in luxury/premium industries
  • Strong account management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
