We are currently recruiting for a Manager to work with our Human Resources industry team, with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below. Candidates with less experience can be considered for Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant roles.

This team covers all industry sectors, focused on recruiting all professionals in the Human Resources field including; HR generalists, HR business partners, training & development, compensation & benefits, talent management, organisational development and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow, lead and develop a team to deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial goals
  • Lead from the front and by example in client engagement and business development
  • Demonstrate and showcase advanced candidate sourcing and management skills
  • Ensure CG processes and data management requirements are well executed
  • Operate as part of a wider Management Team, providing input on company initiatives and supporting CG's tactics to meet strategic aspirations
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business

Expectations:

  • Proven ability to generate new business
  • A track-record of achievement in a relevant recruitment activity, having delivered consistent and meaningful and financial results. HR sector exposure is ideal but not critical.
  • Effective account management skills, working with both small and large organisations to build sustainable partnerships
  • The ability to both manage and lead staff and a passion for seeing others develop and grow
  • A naturally positive and resilient approach to work and life
