We are currently recruiting for a Manager level individual to work with our Human Resources search team, with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below:
Grow, lead and develop a team to deliver against CG's values, mission, purpose and financial goals
Lead from the front and by example in client engagement and business development
Demonstrate and showcase advanced candidate sourcing and management skills
Ensure CG processes and data management requirements are well executed
Operate as part of a wider Management Team, providing input on company initiatives and supporting CG's tactics to meet strategic aspirations
Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business
Proven ability to generate new business
Effective account management skills, working with both small and large organisations to build sustainable partnerships
The ability to both manage and lead staff and a passion for seeing others develop and grow
A track-record of achievement in a relevant recruitment activity, having delivered consistent and meaningful and financial results - specific experience in Human Resources recruitment is an advantage but not essential
