We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager (internal) with the key responsibilities and expectations outlined below.



  • Operate as a super-user of the CRM system, supporting the development of video based best-practice training
  • Support the video CRM training for all new hires with in-person engagement as required
  • Develop and manage the trainee induction of inexperienced hires to provide them with:
    • Recruitment related system training (Invenias, LinkedIn Recruiter external job board databases)
    • Core research skills development
    • Core business skills development (basic professional communication etc.)
  • Provide expertise and training on the latest secondary research tools and techniques to the wider office
  • Work closely with the leadership and management team to develop the whole organisational training framework
  • Co-ordinate the organisational training framework, assessing and allocating experienced staff for delivery roles

Talent Acquisition

  • Operate as a central point of contact for co-ordination of internal recruitment activity
  • Maintain a separate, confidential database of recruitment talent
  • Track promising interns as potential future hires
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential trainee hires to respond to business needs
  • Run database, LinkedIn Recruiter and advertising campaigns to attract talent
  • Work as a check-point and counterpart for external recruitment partners on candidate submissions and ownership


  • Experience in a fast moving recruitment driven environment (either in-house or agency)
  • Formal learning program development experience an advantage
  • A passion for supporting others and enabling professional development essential
  • Inquisitive attitide to new technologies and how to utilise them within a business
  • Strong collaboratice working style
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must, Cantonese a distinct advantage
  • This is structured as a full-time role but we can consider more experienced candidates who wish to work on a more flexible/reduced hour schedule
