Junior Data Scientist

Our client is one of the world's leading beverage manufacturer. They are currently looking for a data scientist to join their data team to developing solutionsfor business transformation.

Duties

• Act as an internal data consultant to identify long standing business bottlenecks, creating solutions from project inception to completion as well as designing and constructing methodologies and platforms to use
• Drive automation and optimization with existing data models and algorithms to reduce manual checking work within team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and organize data-driven solutions for complex business problems focusing on business growth and operation efficiency
• Develop good quality data science solutions in terms of accuracy and coverage according to data analysis objectives while accountable for the scalability, stability, sustainability, and operability of the solutions.
• Develop machine learning models to effectively consume internal and external data, following proper documentation and code-reusability principles, and responsible for the ownership of the models and their enhancements/optimization as per business requirements and updated data.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or other data science disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experiences in machine learning /data analytics solutions
• Proficiency in Python/SQL/R
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
