IT Support Specialist(End User Support)
·provide consultation and assistance to the company's staff, users and clients
·install, maintain and trouble-shoot various computer systems including desktop equipment and software, in particular PCs, Mac, mobile/tablet devices, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Office and other popular software
·liaise with users and other parties as necessary to solve users' IT-related problems
·perform evaluation, implementation, administration, review and enhancement of the new systems
·prepare user guides and training materials, as well as conduct user training demonstrations and workshops
·work on shift and perform support service on a roster basis, as required; and
·Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
·preferably have at least one year of relevant experience
·have initiative, capability and readiness to accept new responsibilities and challenges
·communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
