Our client is a well structured retailer set up here in Hong Kong. Their business is aggressively expanding in the region. To cope with their expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Support Engineer/ Specialist - Helpdesk/ Deskside to join their IT team.
- Responsible for providing L1 support for users via phone, email or face to face
- Conduct initial testing, assessment, trouble shoot and etc.
- Working closely with external vendors and services provider, assist in hardware/ software purchasing
- Responsible for managing IT equipment/ asset management and storage
- Assist in system configuration
- Diploma degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Working experience on IT support & operation (full time/ part time or internship) is essential
- Sound knowledge on networking hardware such as routers, switch will be a great advantage
- Experience in working on eCommerce platform will be a great advantage
- Good command in Cantonese & English
