IT Project/ Application Manager - POS/ Retail

Our client is a well known hospitality group in Hong Kong. Armed with well developed brand names, their business is expanding aggressively in Hong Kong & Macau. To support their retail and front-line operation, they are now looking for a IT Project/ Application Manager to lead the retail projects.

Job functions:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing retail system especially on POS and front-line systems
• Identify and analyse application request from various stakeholders. Key person to negotiate with external vendors on escalated issues.
• Collaborate closely with business counterparts in managing roll-out projects, training and providing user's support
• Report any issues and troubles to group office

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 5 years working experience on application management
• Strong exposure on retail systems especially on POS
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
