Our client is a well-known organization (Public Sector)and have a sizeable IT team in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an IT Manager to look after their 1st line support team and provide IT services for all users.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily help desk operations of support team
  • Implement and enforce IT policies/procedures for computer systems operation
  • Review and identify potential changes and system improvements
  • IT Projects Management
  • Vendor Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of team lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of supporting Windows/Mac OS/Linux, video-conferencing, PC hardware and network cabling;
  • Good command of written and spoken in both English and Cantonese
