IT Helpdesk Support Analyst - Financial Services

Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst with relevant experience to join their team. Successful candidates will need to have a good understanding of Windows OS and system administration tools. Also, experience in video conferencing software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex would be a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support to end-users in a professional manner
  • Support business operation users on daily IT requests
  • Conduct tracking for IT resources and assets to ensure smooth IT operations
  • Assist the team lead in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take part in end-user and infrastructure projects

Job Requirements:

  • High diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT support, previous exposure in insurance or banking firms would be a significant advantage
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Windows Office Suite, O365 Applications
  • Familiar in Active Directory, SCCM, Cisco Networking products
  • Proficient in Chinese and English communication
