Our client is a leading global FMCG group. They are currently looking for an operation support to join their team to maintain the daily operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day system support of Retail stores related technologies (Point of Sale, In-Store Inventory Management, Store-to-Store Transfers, Store Mobile Apps, Traffic Counters, Store Infrastructure) across all APAC countries
  • Provide support on integration between Retail store systems and other corporate systems
  • Resolve and support missing sales integration to the ERP
  • Work with Helpdesk teams, infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues reported by the APAC business

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in business analysis & systems support in Retail store systems
  • Recognized qualification in IT
  • Experience with Retail store systems, integration processes and store hardware support are essential.
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English, and good written skills in English are essential. Skills in Japanese or Korean would be an advantage.
